On the eve of Domestic Violence Remembrance Day, join Bayside Council’s Candlelight Vigil to remember those who have been impacted by Family and Domestic Violence.
The vigil unites those who have experienced domestic violence together with advocates in their efforts to raise awareness to end domestic violence.
The guest speaker at the vigil will be Annabelle Daniels, Chief Executive Officer of Women's Community Shelters and Chair of Domestic Violence NSW. Other prominent representatives will be from the Bayside Women's Shelter together with local Members of Parliament.
Candles will be given to vigil attendees. There will also be opportunities to write messages for display in the Family & Domestic Violence Reflection Garden. Light refreshments will be available.
