In celebration of International Compost Awareness Week (4–10 May), Bayside Council is hosting two Compost and Worm Farm workshops.

Whatever the size of your garden, a balcony to acreage, for renters, community gardeners and homeowners alike, these workshops will give attendees composting and worm farming skills.

The workshops are ideal for beginners or enthusiasts looking to refine compost and worm farm skills as part of their sustainable waste practices.

Choose from a two-hour morning or afternoon workshop session to participate in. One lucky attendee from each session will win a compost bin or worm farm. Attendees must be present at the workshops to win the prize.

Compost and Worm Farm Workshops
Saturday 3 May 2025 
Session 1: 9:45am – 12:15pm
Session 2: 1pm – 3:30pm
Bayside Garden Centre, 41 Beach Street, Kogarah

Only Bayside residents are able to register for the workshop sessions. Resident proof of address on arrival will be required.
