Monday Youth Outreach Program

Wednesday 16 April 2025

As part of Bayside’s Monday Youth Outreach Program, Concrete Skate Supply is hosting free coaching sessions for young people wanting to improve their skateboarding skills.

The Concrete Riders sessions, organised by Bayside Council Youth Services, are perfect for beginner and intermediate skateboarders aged between 12 to 25.

Beginner sessions will cover topics like learning the correct stance, stopping and safe skateboarding basics.

Intermediate sessions will explore ramp turns, creating lines such as a drop-in followed by a kick turn.

Advanced sessions will help experienced skaters connect all tricks using correct technique and body positioning as well as achieving individual advanced level goals.

Attendees can use their own equipment or borrow protective pads, helmets and skateboards for free.

Concrete Riders Free Coaching Sessions
Mondays: 5 May – 23 June
